The apartment is suitable for people in a wheelchair, the doors have an internal width of 95 cm.

Additional costs for additional persons:

All prices include the currently applicable VAT, as well as
Bed linen, towels, consumption costs and WiFi.

For the final cleaning we charge a one-off fee of €40.00

Pets are welcome, after consultation, and are charged 8.00 Euro per night and apartment.
We ask for your understanding and consideration for other guests that your four-legged friend does not get into the beds or on
the upholstered furniture may.

Short stays possible on request for an additional charge.

The guest fee of €1.50 per adult per night will be charged upon arrival.

Please be considerate and note that smoking is not permitted in the entire building. Each apartment has an ashtray on the balcony/terrace.

The holiday apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. If there is no same-day changeover, you are welcome to arrive earlier by prior arrangement.
