Holiday apartment (150 m²) barrier-free with balcony and terrace, on the ground floor, for 6 people

The apartment is suitable for people in a wheelchair. Please note, however, that one door only has an internal width of 83 cm.

• 3 bedrooms with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m)
• Additional sleeping options: Extra bed available (on request for an additional charge)

• Baby cot and high chair (free on request)

• 2 bathrooms with shower/WC (one of which is a ground-level shower and WC with fold-out grab handles)

• Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and oven,

Fridge and freezer

• Terrace and balcony with direct access (via a few steps) to the lawn or from the outside at ground level.

For larger groups, this apartment has enough crockery etc. The dining area in the

Living space is then enlarged by additional tables and chairs.

All prices include the currently applicable VAT, as well as

Bed linen, towels, consumption costs and WiFi.

We charge a one-off fee of €100.00 for the final cleaning.

Pets are welcome, after consultation, and are charged 8.00 Euro per night and apartment.
We ask for your understanding and consideration for other guests that your four-legged friend does not get into the beds or on

the upholstered furniture may.

Short stays possible on request for an additional charge.

The guest fee of €1.50 per adult per night will be charged upon arrival.

Please be considerate and note that smoking is not permitted in the entire building. Each apartment has an ashtray on the balcony.

The holiday apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. If there is no same-day changeover, you are welcome to arrive earlier by prior arrangement.
