You can do your shopping or visit a restaurant in Oberscheidweiler and Hasborn, around one and a half to three kilometers away. The small town of Oberscheidweiler is centrally located but still remote between Koblenz and Trier at 400 m above sea level. Central means that you can take day trips from here, be it to the Moselle (10 km), the Maare (8 km), Cochem, Bernkastel, Luxembourg, or the Nürburgring. There is a thermal bath in Bad-Bertrich (10 km), which is highly recommended. Remote means away from traffic, in the middle of nature, only around 200 m from the forest. Here you can spend a quiet, relaxed, stress-free and restful vacation.
